Registration Information

Chartering Fees: $2
Insurance Coverage: $3
Uniforms: $60-75
Team Equipment: $20-45
Operations: $20-40
Field Maintenance: $20-35


Non-Volunteer Fee - $100 (+$25 for each additional sibling)

Registering 1 player = $100 fee
Registering 2 players = $125 fee
Registering 3 players = $150 fee
Registering 4 player = $175 fee

Parents are required to complete 10 hours (+5 hours for each additional sibling) but are able to opt-out by paying this fee.
Once all required volunteer hours are completed, your fee will be refunded on closing day.

Late Fee
- $25 starting January 1st, 2024


All volunteers are required to complete a background check, which is included in the registration process. You will need a copy of your ID and certificates for 2 required trainings:

Heads Up Concussion Training
Child Abuse Awareness Training

After registering, JDP will send you an email to complete the background check.

Volunteers interested in becoming managers, coaches, or team parents are required to complete both the JDP background check and LiveScan. Please complete JDP when registering and LiveScan can be completed at a later date - TBD.

Although not required, we highly recommend all managers and coaches to complete the Diamond Leader training. All volunteers are welcome to complete the training.
Diamond Leader Training


Players are eligible to play with that league only if they reside, or the physical location of the school where they attend classes is within the boundaries provided to and approved by Little League Inc.

In order to meet the residency requirements, you are required to provide one document from each group OR provide a Little League School Enrollment Form indicating enrollment for the current academic year, date prior to October 1st. 

Documents must contain the full residence which includes: parent(s) or court-appointed guardian(s) name, street address, city, state, and zip code information, dated or forced between February 1st of the previous year and February 1st of the current year, from ONE or more documents from EACH of the three groups outlined below:


  • driver's license
  • school records
  • vehicle records (registration, lease, etc.)
  • employment records
  • insurance documents
  • welfare/childcare records
  • federal records (federal tax, social security, etc.)
  • state records
  • local (municipal) records
  • support payment records
  • homeowner or tenant records
  • military records
  • vote's registration
  • utility bills (gas, electric, phone, heating, etc.)
  • financial records (loan, credit, investments, etc.)
  • medical records
  • Internet, cable, or satellite records

Here are some of the documents you will need before registering:

  • Registration Form (please download, fill out completely, & upload)
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • 3 Proofs of Residency (one from each group) OR School Enrollment Form
  • Medical Release Form (please download, fill out completely, & upload)
  • Copy of ID (if volunteering)
  • Certificate for Child Abuse Awareness Training (if volunteering)
  • Certificate for Heads Up Concussion Training (if volunteering as a coach, manager, or team parent)


To register, please sign in to your account by clicking the "login" in the top right hand side of this page.  If you don't have have an account, please click the "register" button to create one.

Once you sign in, you'll be redirected to you Account page.  

If you haven't already done so, please add your child as a participant, by clicking "add player".  Please double check your child's birthday is correct, the divisions you are able to enroll hinge on your child's birthday.

From here you can select the division and follow the prompts to complete the process.
