Little League Proof of Residency for 2026
Players league age 4-7 do not need to provide proof of residency. Baseball players born September 2018-August 2022 and Softball players born 2018-2021 will not need to show proofs. We will only need to see the child’s birth certificate.

Players League Age 8-16 as of the 2025 season (born before September 1, 2017, for Baseball or before January 1, 2017, for Softball) will continue to utilize the current boundary requirement based on residency or school enrollment. Softball boundary includes all of the City of Suisun City, and the City of Fairfield. Baseball boundary is City of Suisun City only. Residency shall be established and supported by:
Documents containing the full residence which includes parent(s) or court-appointed guardian(s) name, street
address, city, state, and zip code information, dated or in force between February 1 of the previous year and
February 1 of the current year, from ONE or more documents from EACH of the three groups outlined below:


Group I

1. Driver’s License (photo ID of parent(s) or guardian(s) with qualifying residence address)
2. School records (home address of player’s parents or guardians)
3. Vehicle records (i.e., registration, lease, etc.)
4. Employment records
5. Insurance documents (with residence address)

Group II

1. Welfare/child care records 
2. Federal records (i.e., Federal Tax, Social Security, etc.) 
3. State records 
4. Local (municipal) records 
5. Support payment records
6. Homeowner or tenant records 
7. Military records

Group III

1. Voter’s Registration 
2. Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal)
3. Financial records (i.e.,loan, credit, investments, etc.)
4. Medical records 
5. Internet, cable, or satellite television records

Note 1: Three documents from the same group constitute only ONE document.
Note 2: Certain documents may be used in different Groups, but will count for only one Group per child. Example – If a water/sewer bill is used to satisfy Group II as a municipal record, that same bill CANNOT be used as a utility bill to satisfy Group III.

Once you sign in, you'll be redirected to your Account page.  

If you haven't already done so, please add your child as a participant, by clicking "add player".  Please double check your child's birthday is correct, the divisions you are able to enroll are linked to your child's birthday.

From here you can select the division and follow the prompts to complete the process.

You are also able to sign up to Volunteer through the player registration process. Concessions, umpire, coach, scorekeeper, team parent are positions needed each season. Little League is operated 100% by volunteers, your help is greatly appreciated.
